If You Like This Blog…
If you enjoy The Costumer as some readers apparently do (thanks for visiting, by the way), I’d like to recommend some other reading for you. Yes, I am functioning like Amazon.com, only you don’t actually have to buy anything. Just click. This list includes a personal friend, blog friends I’ve met through Today.com, and others I’ve found through Entrecard. All of the below bloggers are Entrecarders.
Bygone Arts: This blogger is a phenomenal calligrapher. The artisan creates calligraphy for events such as weddings, gifts for the Celtic-minded, and more. The blog doesn’t serve as an advertisement, though–the calligrapher devotes blog entries and time to the study of the craft of medieval calligraphy.
Convention Fans: Anyone interested in costuming (especially in a geeky way) should certainly stop in at Convention Fans. This blog covers various types of conventions including but not limited to anime and Star Trek; the blogger is unabashedly geeky, making for a true and honest read. What can I say? Convention Fans is like a second home to me on the web.
Your Dark Passenger: Blogger Jen Whitten writes specifically about dark topics. She had me at “vampire.” A consistent and devoted writer, Jen takes her audience very seriously and recently guest blogged for me over at Merry Meet.
Thyme2Dream: Anyone interested in Elven or Faerie fashion must visit this site. The blogger posts photos and information about her exquisite jewelry, including circlets. All of her creations have a very otherworldly feel.
You’ve Got Maille: I laughed out loud when I found this blog, mostly because it’s only the best title for anything relating to chain maille ever. Here’s the thing about this blogger–the items are jewelry. Chain maille earrings, necklaces, and more. The traditionally masculine pattern transforms surprisingly well into feminine jewelry, all examples including an immaculate symmetry.
Merry Meet: This is certainly a shameless plug, but a well-deserved one. Merry Meet is my other blog, which offers a friendly environment for pagans to read and discuss spiritual and pagan-centric material.

I hadn’t yet come across You’ve got Maille… looks interesting, thanks
I follow most of those already, but I also hadn’t seen You’ve got Maille! I’ve been putting off trying it out, it’ll be a good read
Thanks so much for the plug! You know I always love a bit of free press. ;)
