Costume Friendly Jewelry at Hand Crafted Carolyn
For part of a Celtic warrior outfit, I decided that I wanted a torc–that is a large metal necklace signifying one’s status
as a free Celt. For this medieval fantasy outfit, I immediately sought the help of friend and jeweler Carolyn Buss, who has an excellent sense of classic elegance as well as more fantasy oriented designs. I find that many of Carolyn’s creations can function as a noticeable part of an every day outfit, or as an accessory to a fabulous costume. The pictured copper wire rose ring is an excellent example of this versatility.
Excelling in custom creations, Carolyn is a prompt and thorough jeweler. I would highly recommend her especially for anyone considering early to mid twentieth century costumes, hippie items, or floral items.
Carolyn recently made a Twilight-inspired bracelet (pictured here as well) for a friend, and sells via her Etsy store. She recently launched a new blog. Carolyn is hosting a 20% off sale starting today, so hurry over to her store!
